BRAD MAINOR

Founding Principle & Survey Manager

Brad is a founding principal of SEAS and serves as the survey manager, coordinating personnel and equipment for the numerous surveys the company performs. He is a professionally licensed surveyor in Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee, and Kentucky with over 29 years of experience.

Brad grew up in an Air Force family and lived in many different places. He was born in Macon, Georgia and moved to Berlin, Germany when he was a young boy. After many years of moving around the country, he and his family ended up in Crestview, Florida, where he spent most of his childhood. He is a 1989 graduate of Crestview Senior High School. After High School, he attended a few local colleges but never earned a degree. Brad is a former member of the Florida National Guard and is currently working on obtaining a business administration degree through Truett McConell University.

Brad is a long-time resident of Baker, Florida. He attends Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church, where he serves as a deacon. He and his wife, Wendy have been married for over 30 years and are the proud parents to three grown children Christian, Caymen and Abigail. Brad and Wendy also have three beautiful grandchildren Morgan, Cannon and Riggins. It’s known throughout the family that Brad’s favorite child is his Old English Sheep Dog, Edison. He enjoys spending time with family, spending time with his friends and eating good food.
