BRAD MAINOR, PLS

Founding Principal & Survey Manager

Brad Mainor is a Founding Principal of SEAS and serves as Survey Manager, coordinating personnel and equipment for the wide range of surveys the company performs. A professionally licensed surveyor in Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee, Kentucky, and now Florida, Brad brings more than 30 years of experience in the surveying industry to every project.

Raised in an Air Force family, Brad spent much of his childhood moving throughout the country and abroad. Born in Macon, Georgia, he lived in Berlin, Germany at a young age before his family ultimately settled in Crestview, Florida, where he graduated from Crestview Senior High School in 1989.

Following high school, Brad served as a member of the Florida National Guard. During the early years of his career, he attended several local colleges while gaining hands-on experience in the surveying profession. In May 2025, he graduated cum laude from the Hans Hut School of Business at Truett McConnell University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He is currently pursuing his MBA.

Brad is a longtime resident of Baker, Florida. He is an active member of Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church, where he serves as a deacon. He and his wife, Wendy, have been married for over 33 years and are proud parents of three grown children—Christian, Caymen, and Abigail—and grandparents to Morgan, Cannon, and Riggins. It is well known in the family that his “favorite child” may be his Old English Sheepdog, Edison. In his free time, Brad enjoys spending time with family and friends and sharing good food.
