SEAS played a key role in redeveloping the historic courthouse site in Crestview, Florida. Contracted by Okaloosa County, SEAS provided essential surveys and collaborated with Sam Marshall Architects to design and construct a modern courthouse. The project involved demolishing existing structures, implementing stormwater improvements, and obtaining permits from regulatory bodies. SEAS showcased expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D software for precise Construction and As-Built Plans, marking a significant milestone in Crestview's infrastructure development.

Under our Continuing Services Contract with the City of Crestview, SEAS provided surveying and Civil Engineering Services for the proposed Fire Training Tower located on the parcel identified as Parcel 18-3N-23-0890-0008-0000 by the Okaloosa County Property Appraiser.
